Return and exchange policy

Except for the products listed in (Products that cannot be returned), you can return any product within 7 days from the date of receipt according to the following conditions:

1. Call the Customer Service Center 0542519350 or send an email to libraryaljoud@gmail.com  within 24 hours of receiving the product and informing about your intention to return.

2. Delivery of the product to be returned to the delivery representative or shipping company within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receipt, except for the inks, which are returned within 3 days from the date of receipt.

3. The product should be in the same condition upon receipt, wrapped in the original packaging and including all accessories.

The customer’s receipt of the shipment from the shipping company is an acknowledgment by the customer that the product is in good condition and has not been opened before receiving it.

Products that cannot be returned:

1. Any product whose original packaging has been opened, damaged or tampered with and is not in the condition in which it was received.

2. Any product that has been used or installed in something else.

3. Any product without its serial number or has been tampered with.

4. Software, electronic games, books, prepaid cards, and products that are specially manufactured (eg mugs on which personal photos are printed) unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refund and delivery charges

In the event that you receive a product by mistake, damaged, or not as described on the site, the full amount paid will be returned, including shipping fees, and the entire store will bear the shipping costs in full.

In the event that you change your mind or do not want the product, the paid value will be returned, excluding the value of shipping the product to you (even in the case of free shipping), provided that you bear the cost of returning the product.

The amount will be refunded according to the method by which it was collected. In the case of payment upon receipt, the amount will be returned via bank transfer.
